Dr. Noor Mukhtar is a periodontist dedicated to providing exceptional periodontal and implant care with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. She is committed to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through personalized treatment, advanced clinical techniques, and a focus on long-term oral health.

Dr. Mukhtar earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of the University of Southern California before completing her specialty training in Periodontics and Implant Surgery at the New York University College of Dentistry. There, she received advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease, dental implant therapy, soft tissue grafting, regenerative procedures, and esthetic periodontal surgery.

Known for her gentle demeanor and meticulous attention to detail, Dr. Mukhtar believes exceptional care begins with building meaningful relationships with her patients. She takes the time to listen to their concerns, educate them about their oral health, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. Her priority is ensuring that every patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident throughout every step of their treatment journey.

Outside of the office, Dr. Mukhtar enjoys Pilates, yoga, traveling, discovering new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and celebrating life’s special moments.
